Spy

Due to my glamorous life of working over 40 hours a week and Nick being super busy with TBS, our time together during the week consists of dinner, TV and getting in bed by 9pm. But, we definitely make up for that during the weekends. Last weekend, we took the metro to DC and went to the International Spy Museum. I didn't really know what to expect, but it was really interesting to walk through the museum and see all the spy history, gadgets, and stories. My favorite fact that I learned was: Washington DC has more spys than any other place in the world.

Before we went through the Museum, we paid to go on an interactive spy mission. There's a section of the building that we went through as a group with an "agent" where we had to act like spys. The agent gave as a scenario and we had an hour to solve it. We had to create fake identities, disable security cameras, decode a phone call, follow people with security cameras, go through a room to try to find documents and a bomb and leave the room exactly how it was, ask questions to a suspect with a lie detector and run from the bad guys. It was a fun start to the museum.

I brought my camera with me, but there was no photography allowed. So, I got some pictures of the outside and we played with the camera while we were waiting for the metro.
