Eloise is 9 Months!

Eloise is the happiest baby and is growing so much. She is almost crawling, and did move forward a little bit yesterday. She's super busy, wiggly, and has a lot to say all day long. Eloise and I are going to Washington for 10 days on Sunday, and we have her Omima and Papa here for the weekend. I am so thankful for their help because traveling with a baby alone didn't sound like fun. :) She gets a little shy with "new" people because she's at the stage where she just wants her mama all the time, but it only took her about an hour to warm up to Omima and Papa. She had her wellness check today and the Dr said she was perfect in every way. She's so long you guys..... 30 inches?! She's 2 and a half feet...  I can't get over it.

At 9 months, Eloise:
↠ Is wearing 6-9 month clothes, size 3 diapers
↠ Weighs 20.5 pounds and is 30 inches long 
↠ Has four teeth 
↠ Still only pushes herself backwards, no crawling yet. She does get up on her hands and knees and rocks, but hasn't gone forward. She just figured out how to scoot backwards while she's sitting
↠ Starting to learn social cues. She laughs when we laugh
↠ "Shares" her toys-- she will put them in her mouth and then in ours, and then take them back and she thinks it's the coolest thing ever
↠ Loves seeing herself. She's obsessed with mirrors and will find her reflection in everything she can. She will spend 30 minutes in the bath tub talking and laughing with her reflection on the little circle thing below the faucet. You know that thing... why is it there and what is it called?
↠ Is definitely a little water baby. She loves her little pool in our backyard and loves going to the the big community pool in her baby floatie
↠ Happy screams at everything.... books, toys, us, herself. It's LOUD if yo haven't heard it
↠ Babbles mama, baba, dada, yaya, and still loves blowing raspberries with her lips
↠ Loves when dada reads her books at night 
↠ Sleeps through the night
